    Most visits are full, focused days rather than short maintenance stops.

    Some clients enjoy understanding the decisions behind the work. Others prefer a fully hands-off experience and simply enjoy the results. Both are welcome.

  • For clients who want their garden to feel meticulously presented throughout the year, I offer integrated oversight and coordination of additional maintenance tasks. 

    This ensures all work supports the long-term structure, health and intent of the landscape.

    Rather than treating tasks in isolation, everything is guided by a clear seasonal plan and a shared understanding of what the garden is becoming over time.

    I remain the lead custodian of the landscape, setting priorities, defining standards, and ensuring that any additional work supports - rather than undermines - the broader vision.

    Oversight may include:

    • Coordination of contractors, specialists and maintenance personnel for tasks such as weeding, mowing, or general maintenance

    • Establishing timing, access, and scope to align with seasonal priorities

    • Ensuring consistency of standards across the property

    • Defining off-limit areas

    • Reviewing outcomes during scheduled visits and adjusting the plan as required

    This approach removes the need for the owner to manage multiple contractors while preserving the integrity of the landscape.

    Any third-party services are invoiced separately and include coordination and quality assurance.

Annual Care is a premium year-long commitment and the investment reflects the property size, exposure, and complexity.

This service is not offered as a one-off or casual arrangement and is best suited to property owners comfortable investing in professional stewardship.

Client numbers are limited to maintain quality and relationship depth.

Scope of work and fees are confirmed following an initial site visit to ensure alignment between the property, the program, and desired outcomes.
